Like the great music producers, I go into the exploration without a predetermined answer. I hold it until something true surfaces, name it, and build the world around that name until it resonates. Not just looks right. Resonates.

The result isn't a brand that represents you. It's a brand you can inhabit — one that feels alive because it actually is. I'm a creative producer for founders and CEOs. Twenty years. A lot of industries. One consistent obsession.

The Work

Twenty years directing brand across music retail, healthcare, defense tech, and consumer goods — national broadcast campaigns, Webby-winning digital platforms, DefenseTech identities, AI-powered production systems. Currently senior creative lead at Inizio Evoke, a top-10 global healthcare agency, and a member of the AI Trailblazers group. The tools have changed. The discipline hasn't.

The R/D Framework

This isn't five random topics. It's a complete narrative with a beginning, a middle, and an end. The world has a problem — dissonance, caused by lowest common denominator thinking. There's a method for solving it — addition by subtraction. And there's an outcome worth working toward — resonance. R/D is the name for the whole journey.

Resonance
The destination. What a brand feels like when it's vibrating at its true frequency — alive, inhabitable, felt before it's understood. That's what people are actually hungry for, even when they can't name it.

Dissonance
The diagnosis. The gap between what a company presents and what it actually is. Once a founder has the word for it, they start seeing it everywhere. In their own company first.

Lowest Common Denominator
The cause. The safe choice, the committee-approved middle, the approach that ends up resonating with no one. It's not laziness. It's fear dressed up as strategy.

Addition by Subtraction
The method. The truest version of something emerges not by adding more but by removing what isn't it. Every element that doesn't belong gets removed until what remains is undeniably itself.

The Gap
R/D is the diagnostic lens. The distance between where a brand is and where it needs to be. The work is always about closing that gap — finding the frequency, removing the interference.
